Art-Light Monetization Roadmap (6 Months)

Goal: Deliver Founder value and establish Bond economy using UI/System-based features only. No new 3D/2D art required.

Phase 1: Foundation & The Founder Wave (Months 1–2)

Month 1: The "Entry" Experience

  • Priority Access System (UI): Silver/Gold priority login queue.
  • "Naman" Title System: Robust backend for titles ('The Warrior', 'Seeker'). Color-coded in chat/overhead.
  • Reserved Name Registry: Backend validation for Founder prefixes (e.g., 'Sri', 'Rishi').
  • Alpha/Beta Dashboard: Internal bug-reporting UI for Gold/Silver testers.

Month 2: The Dharma Bond Launch

  • "Stimulus" Tracker (UI): Dashboard showing "Pending Passive Income" (Bonds held, countdown to 10k Gold payout).
  • Grand Bazaar Alpha: Text-based, searchable marketplace for Bond ↔ Gold trading.
    • CRITICAL: Bond sales are TAX EXEMPT in the Bazaar. No transaction fee on Bond trades.
  • Bank Slot Expansion: First "Utility Sink." Redeem Bonds for additional tabs (UI grid expansion).

Phase 2: Social Utility & Progression (Months 3–4)

Month 3: Karma & Social Hubs

  • Karma Score (UI): Public-facing number next to names. Points from skilling/trading. High Karma = exclusive text titles.
  • Social Banners: Global Announcement system. "Murali has reached Level 50 Ayurveda!" scrolls in Ashrams for a fee.
  • Priority Bazaar Listings: Highlighted rows for "Merchant's Token" holders (redeemable from Bonds).

Month 4: Skill-Based Convenience

  • Member-Only Skill UI: Interfaces for Slayer, Hunting, Farming (icons/progress bars only).
  • XP Multiplier Potions: Color-swapped existing potion assets.
  • Vimana Charges (Fast Travel): Map-based teleport UI using "Vimana Charges" (purchased with Bonds).

Phase 3: Community Lore & Scaling (Months 5–6)

Month 5: The "Lore-Flex" Update

  • NPC Dialogue Integration: Gold Founders choose NPC name + sponsor a dialogue line (Text-only).
  • Digital Trophy Case: Profile UI tab to "pin" 3 rarest items for "Inspect" viewers.

Month 6: The "Grand Bazaar" Maturity

  • Price History Graphs: Bond-to-Gold exchange rate over time (UI charts).
  • Member-Only Area Gating: Logic restricting Levels 50-100 and specific regions to members.
  • F2P Transition Prep: "New Player Starter" bundle UI for public launch.
